(Serial no 3 is only for students belonging to reserved category) Admission, Registration and examination form along with the prospectus can be purchased from Allahabad bank Patna University branch – Patna- 800005 and its branches at B.N.College, Magadh Mahila College (Only For Girl Students), Pathar ki Masjid branches on cash payment of Rs.225/- or by post along with Demand Draft of any Nationalised Bank of Rs. 260/- in favour of Director, Directorate of Distance Education, Patna University Patna-800005.Students of reserved category should enclose an additional exam form for Rs.30/-.The three criteria mentioned above will be strictly followed. Seats are limited as such admission will be closed as soon as the seats are filled. 2. B.Lib and information Science (2010-2011) & PG diploma in Journalism – Application form for both the courses can be obtained by graduates from the Counters of DDE on payment of Demand Draft of any Nationalised Bank in favour of Director, Directorate of Distance Education, Patna University Patna-800005 of Rs 510/- or by post on payment of Demand Draft of Rs 560/-.The sale of application starts from 26-07-2010.The last date for submitting the filled in application form is 14-08-2010.Seats are limited as such admission will be according to merit. 3. B.C.A (Bachelor In Computer Application Honours) Eligibility -Intermediate/+2 or equivalent. With 55% marks for general category students and at least 45% marks for students of reserved category. Application form can be obtained from the Counters of DDE on payment of Demand Draft of any Nationalised Bank in favour of Director, Directorate of Distance Education, Patna University Patna-800005 of Rs 510/- or by post on payment of Demand Draft of Rs 560/-.The sale of application starts from 26-07-2010.The last date for submitting the filled in application form is 14-08-2010.Seats are limited as such admission will be according to merit. NOTE:- 1. Applicants of reserved category should enclose caste certificate issued by S.D.O/ District Magistrate 2. Applicants of Board and Universities other than Bihar School Examination Board/Bihar Intermediate Education Council and Patna University should apply along with the Migration Certificate. 3. The application form should be submitted along with original and photo copies of Marks Sheet, C.L.C, and Migration Certificate and Caste certificate. 4. If there is a gap after obtaining the requisite eligibility for admission then an affidavit from an first class Magistrate will have to be enclosed along with the application form. 5. All the drafts submitted should be of nationalized bank and of six months validity drawn in favour of Director, Directorate of Distance Education, Patna University Patna-800005 6. Applicants of B.Lib and information Science (2010-2011) & PG diploma in Journalism should watch out the notice board on and after 21-08-2010 for the list of selected applicants. 7.
